Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte led the blessing and inauguration of the Davao City Library and Information Center along C. Bangoy St. (formerly Ponciano Reyes St.), Thursday afternoon.

Mayor Baste was joined by Vice Mayor J. Melchor Quitain Jr., National Library of the Philippines Director Cesar Gilbert Adriano, City Librarian Salome Enoc, city hall department heads, and fellow Dabawenyos.
