Northern Davao Electric Cooperative (NORDECO) successfully energized a total of 110 household connections at Purok 6, San Nicholas; Purok 8, Sta. Cruz and Purok 9 & 10, New Jagna in Kipalili, San Isidro, Davao del Norte under the Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) on April 23, 2022

For a total of 7.27 kilometers of line and a project cost of PhP7,246,949.79

Present in the occasion were Mayor Arnel H. Sitoy and Municipal Councilors, Brgy. Captain Cirilo Lamsen and Barangay Officials, and NORDECO Area 3 Manager, Engr. Nielo A. Japay

ONLY IN THE ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES (EC) just like NORDECO continue to provide electric service in remote areas. Way back in 1969, electric cooperatives started lighting up rural areas towards sustainable rural development as mandated by the National Government.

EC are partners of the National Government in nation building as its implementing arm through energization of the countryside.
