‘Aside from libel raps, electioneering case with prayer for perpetual disqualification from public service to be filed against beleaguered SK Chairman Daryl Omallao of Magwawa
SANTO TOMAS, Davao del Norte (April 1, 2022)—Beleaguered SK Chairman Daryl Omallao of Magwawa, the SK official who spewed baseless, libelous, defamatory statements, in a political rally against Mayor Ernesto Evangelista and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President and SK Chairwoman of Barangay Tibal-og Bernadeth Eugenio-Aquino, will face an administrative case in relation to the electoral offense he committed in his performance as a Sangguniang Kabataan official.
