The moment I met Mayor Eufracio P. Dayaday, Jr. I firmly thought that like other typical politicians, his charismatic aura made him win the Election for two consecutive terms. Until there was an issue (NORDECO) thrown politically against him, I found out the depths of his thought in the name of good governance and heartily service to his constituents.
