Critics and rivals hit the son of the late dictator president Ferdinand Marcos Sr. for lacking in balls by shirking away from his responsibility to inform the public about his capability to be presiident.
Bongbong Marcos has evaded major presidential debates including the forum organized by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas and by CNN Philippines.
He also has not committed attendance in a debate sponsored by the Commission on Elections on March 19.
