Anti-Marcos groups of supporters of vice presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte want her to drop her running mate ex-senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr, and instead pair with Manila Mayor Isko Moreno in the 2022 May presidential race.

But Sara is sticking it up with Bongbong, son of the late dictator president Ferdinand Marcos, Sr.

“I respect it, but cannot be one with you on this,” Sara said amid calls for her to junk Bongbong.

Sara saud her tandem with Bongbong and to their alliance is already sealed by a commitment and she has to keep her word.

“Nangako rin ako ng katapatan sa alyansang aking pinasok kasama ang Lakas-CMD Party at Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP).Mahalaga po sa akin ang paninindigan at isang salita,” Sara said in a video message.
