The Santo Tomas LGU headed by Mayor Ernesto “Tatay Erning” Evangelista in partnership with the Aklan Association, Gentapan Family, Seniel Family, and Solis Family, Davao Winchester Colleges Inc, and devotees of Santo Nino under the the Aklan Association will hold a virtual celebration of the 2022 Buling-Buling Festival on Sunday, January 16, 2022 as a religious and cultural festival of the town honoring the Feast of Santo Nino De Cebu.
