TYPHOON UPDATE: Jolina weakens but destructive typhoon-force winds will prevail

Jolina has weakened as it moved over mainland Masbate at 11 am on Tuesday, September 7, the state weather bureau announced mid-afternoon

Jolina’s maximum sustained winds decreased from 120 kilometers per hour to 110 km/h,. with gustiness at 135 km/h.
