In celebration of the 2nd anniversary of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, SHFC President Atty. Arnolfo Ricardo Cabling and Minalin Mayor Edgar Flores sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to pursue safe, affordable, and livable housing in the municipality under the Community Mortgage Program.
