Ulysses leaves at least 13 dead, 20 injured, and 15 missing
The Philippine National Police (PNP) reported at least 13 dead, 20 injured, and 15 missing in regions affected by the typhoon.
As of 6 pm on Thursday, November 13, the PNP said the 13 fatalities were in the following regions:
- Cagayan Valley – 6
- Metro Manila – 2
- Bicol – 2
- Central Luzon – 1
- Calabarzon – 1
- Cordillera Administrative Region – 1.
