Tropical Storm Tonyo that intensified into a tropical storm at 2 a.m.Monday, has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 4 a.m., the weather bureau said.

Ulysses was estimated based on all available data at 800 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. It was moving Northwestward at 15 kph. Its maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.
PAGASA forecast “Ulysses” to be 655 km. east of Borongan City, Eastern Samar by Monday evening. Read More
