Consistent in reminding children to avoid corruption
President Rodrigo Duterte he has been consistent in reminding his children to avoid corruption and assured people’s money will be safeguarded with them in government.

Paolo was elected chairman of the House accounts committee after Marinduque Rep. Lord Allan Jay Velasco became the Speaker. The panel is in charge of the House’s internal budget.
Duterte, In a public address aired Tuesday (October 27), said he has been consistent in reminding his children to avoid corruption while in government.
The President’s oldest daughter, Sara, is mayor of Davao City, while his youngest son, Sebastian, is the Vice Mayor.
“Iyan ang sinasabi ko kay Inday pati kay Pulong. Huwag kayong pumasok, sumobra, especially si Pulong, sa accounts siya ngayon sa committee. Be sure to account for every money up to the last centavo para ang tao walang masabi,” he said.
Duterte said grafters should stay away from Sara. She will shoot you, he said.
